2008

It all started at Cheung Ching Estate, Tsing Yi

Famous Restaurant Group opened its first restaurant here, serving the neighbourhood with authentic handmade Cantonese dim sum and a taste of home.

Gradual Growth

Expanded to 4 Branches

With our commitment to quality, we expanded to Chai Wan, Shek Mun, Shun Lee and Lok Wah branches, growing our team to nearly 200 staff.

Catering Launch

Customers asked: "Can you deliver your dim sum to my office?"

Our catering service was born — from family gatherings to 400-person corporate events, we can do it all.

Workshop

Customers did not just want to eat — they wanted to make dim sum themselves

Our dim sum workshop was born, bringing yum cha culture into schools, corporations and communities.

Today

Serving over 500 events

We have served CLP, China Taiping Life, HSBC, DZ Bank, Tung Wah Group of Hospitals, Po Leung Kuk, Lyreco, HKU and more. Yet our commitment has never changed: handcrafting the most authentic Hong Kong dim sum every morning.
